.. Welcome Back To My Journey ..
Adventures In The Sea
Today is March 20th and the end of our Design Challenge and Blog Hop .. My adventures will still continue designing different sea related jewelry and more .. I enjoyed this experience and learned different things from Brenda Sue Lansdowne and the rest of the members who participated in this challenge ..
Several changes were made to my design line since Blog I and II .. originally I named my jewelry by individual pieces .. WHAT WAS I THINKING .. now each series level has a name .. so simple and easy for me to remember .. Because of this change some jewelry pieces had to be moved to different levels .. sorry for any confusion ..
My first 3 Levels are my bread and butter and will range from $15.00 – $50.00 .. Levels 4 – 9 will be in a higher range from $50.00 – $250.00 ..
ARE YOU READY TO SEE MY FINAL REVEAL .. LET’S GET STARTED …….
Level I Series .. Adventure Earrings
Several new Adventure Earrings washed ashore for my final reveal ..
Level 2 Series .. Sinann
Sinann .. The first 3 necklaces shown in this series were already introduced to you in BLOG II ..
New to Level 2 Series .. Sinann
I used white spray paint and a touch of gilders paste on both components .. Sinann has a rhinestone waistband and hangs from a beautiful B’sue connector, attached to the middle of the connector is a flat back pearl with rhinestones around it .. pearls and glass beads are in the chain ..
I used black spray paint and a touch of gilders paste on both B’sue components .. Sinann hangs from a B’sue connector .. jade and glass beads are in the chain ..
I found this large anchor in my stash and it hangs from a B’sue connector, a touch of vintage lace separates the two pieces to makes up this Sinann necklace.. glass beads are in the chain ..
In this Sinann Necklace I used a large mother of pearl bead & it spins around inside a filigree stamping from B’sue. A small clam shell was added to the center of the bead. Chain has smaller mother of pearl and glass beads ..
A B’sue bezel was used in this Sinann Necklace along with a mother of pearl bead and a small clam shell was added to the center .. Chain has smaller mother of pearl and glass beads ..
I found this sweet compass in my stash and attached it to a B’sue filigree stamping, rhinestones are glued around the compass to make up this Sinann Necklace ..
Level 3 Series .. Seri
This Seri necklace was already shown to you in Blog II .. I did make one change, rhinestones were added around the flat back pearl ..
New To Level 3 Series .. Seri
I used a B’sue heart and painted the swirls to look like waves .. I found this cute rhinestone seahorse in my stash .. chain has mother of pearl and glass beads ..
Level 4 Series .. Sedna
This Sedna necklace was already shown to you in Blog II ..
New To Level 4 Series .. Sedna
I used white spray paint and a touch of gilders paste on both components .. Sedna has a rhinestone waistband and hangs from a beautiful B’sue connector, attached to the middle of the connector is a flat back pearl with rhinestones around it .. pearls and jade beads are in the chain ..
I used B’sue mermaid cabs on both of these 2 Sedna necklaces .. they are painted using alcohol inks and are attached to filigree stampings, rhinestones were added around both cabs ..
Level 5 Series .. Sabrina
Both of these 2 Sabrina bracelets were introduced to you in Blog II .. I did make a couple of changes to the 1st one .. More color was added to the mermaid and seahorse along with B’sue vintage pearl chain was added ..
I used a B’sue bow tie and mermaid / seahorse heart to make up this beauty .. a touch of lace is under the heart with other charms surrounding Sabrina .. I used chain and B’sue vintage pearl chain to finish this bracelet..
New to Level 5 Series .. Sabrina
I used a B’sue anchor cab and painted it white .. it is buffed back just a little to make it look worn and then I attached it to a B’sue filigree stamping .. vintage B’sue pearl chain and a chunky chain I found in my stash finish it off ..
New to Level 6 Series .. Savina
I used a B’sue seahorse, mermaid and ooki for my focal pieces on these 3 Savina necklaces .. clam shells, starfish, pearls, rhinestones, necklace blank and filigree stampings were also used .. each chain is different using pearls, jade & glass beads ..
New to Level 7 Series .. Limited Editions .. Seashore Cuff Bracelets
My Seashore Cuff bracelets are limited editions to my “Adventures In The Sea Design Line” .. Each bracelet except for the charm bracelet are wrapped using either lace, silk or burlap .. they are tangled in lace, pearls, charms, sea shells and rhinestone can be found in each bracelet .. The charm cuff I used B’sue charms and other beads and it has a touch of vintage lace also ..
New to Level 8 Series .. Salacia
I used a B’sue Master Head Maiden, large clam shells, flat back pearls, rhinestones and a compass to make this Salacia necklace .. pearls and glass beads make up the chain ..
New to Level 9 Series .. Signature Piece
I don’t know how I found the time to finish my signature seahorse piece .. This is how I started making jewelry .. I love bead embroidery .. A B’sue seahorse is caught in a wave .. coral, sand, starfish and other beads are at the bottom .. vintage pearls and crystals are used in the chain ..
Thank you for following me on my Adventures In The Sea journey .. A BIG thank you to Brenda Sue Lansdowne of B’Sue Boutiques for guiding me .. Brenda’s style and sharing her knowledge is what I call “over the top” helpful .. The components Brenda carry’s at B’Sue Boutiques are made in the USA and are top quality .. Also thank you to the 50+ members who participated .. I appreciate all of you .. your kind comments always make me feel good .. Y’all are the BEST !!
